The Skibo Link-Sync product handles integrations into:
Payroll Systems from Point-of-Sale and Time-Clock Systems-Such as ADP WFN, Paychex TLO/Stratus Time, Paylocity Web Time, Aloha, Clubtec, Kronos, Micros, Panasonic, Positouch, Pulse, Squirrel, and others including franchise systems such as Domino's Pizza, Golden Corral, Jimmy Johns, KFC, McDonalds, Wendys, and others.
Employee Master Record Synchronization- Integrations between disparate systems such as ADP HRB, Paychex TLO, Paylocity Web Pay, JDE, QuickBooks, Timberline, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, etc.
Invoice integrations- Which, allows for importing pre-payroll time/paydata from many TLM systems or from the data directly entered into the Skibo time-entry system that can convert and directly create invoices into such systems as QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Sage 100/300, etc.
Weighted average overtime calculations- On a per week or bi-weekly pay-cycle.
Prevailing wage rate calculations- A solution that can compute prevailing wage rate or piece rate calculations based upon job/task/union worked. Plus, override State W/H by tying the job to the state the job is worked and letting the job drive the State, City, County W/H. Work Comp calculations by job/state are handled inside the Skibo solution. Unions complicated Employer and Employee Fringe pay (HW, 401K, Union Dues, etc.) are automatically computed based upon the job and task selected which, ties to tables that tie the job to a state and union. Each union has specific rules to handle the ER/EE additional pay elements, etc. prior to pushing into the Payroll systems such as Sage, QB/QBO, ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, etc.
Post-payroll GL and job costing integrations- From ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, Paycom, etc. and allow the GL/job/cost# data to be intergrated to many accounting systems such as American Contractor, Blackbaud, Intuit-QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online, Microsoft GreatPlains Dynamics, Oracle-JDE World/One World/Peoplesoft, Netsuite, Sage 100/300 (MAS90/MasterBuilder/MIPS/Peachtree/Timberline), SAP Business Suite ERP/Business One, & others.
Check detail history migrations- To ensure customer does not lose any prior years information due to a payroll conversion. The data can originate from many previous payroll providers such as ADP, Ceridian, Paychex, Paylocity, Millennium, Intuit, etc. or from many different accounting systems such as the ones mentioned above in post-payroll GL and job costing section.
Time-entry system that integrates directly with Sage and QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online- The ability to directly pull in jobs, classes, employees, etc. into the Skibo time-entry solution. The solution includes Group Punch capabilities, as well as, individual employee entries. It can even import data from the previously mentioned TLM/POS systems and accummulate/append this data to the data directly entered into the Skibo time system. From here the solution will automatically allocate an employee's salary prior to posting into payroll.
